10 minutes away The construction of the large Château de la Mansarde was carried out around 1650 for the lay lords. In 1683, Pierre de Revol became lord of the village and owner of the castle. The Revolution of 1789 put an end to the powers of the Canons Counts. The house was bought in 1948 by the municipality. The north tower in golden stones from the 15th and 16th centuries is an integral part of the castle which has a magnificent facade and imposing mullioned windows, and where the town hall is located today.
