500 like 500 grams of pleasure or the weight of their specialty, the hanger steak to be enjoyed plain or with a sauce of your choice. From starter to dessert, they will delight your taste buds with, for example, their homemade foie gras "Mado recipe", followed by a fine choice of meats (tab, Charolais steak, prime rib...), and to finish on a soft and sweet note, the delicious desserts of their pastry chef, especially his macaroons.
